How to achieve a flow state?

When you enter your flow state, you are in the productivity zone. You are entirely focused at that moment on the task at hand. Time seems to stand still, and you completely control your attention. You can do things that you never thought possible.

In positive psychology, a flow state, also known colloquially as being in the zone, is the mental state in which a person performing some activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. In essence, flow is characterized by the complete absorption in what one does, and a resulting transformation in one's sense of time.
Definition from Wikipedia

Some people get into the flow state very quickly and deliberately, and others haven't experienced it.

Here are my practices, mindsets, and routines that reliably get me in the flow.
