The simplest habits are often the ones that bring 80% of success. The very first thing I would focus on is the following areas:

Stay hydrated. Drinking enough water is essential for good health and can help you feel more alert and focused. Aim to drink at least eight glasses of water a day, and more if you're engaging in physical activity.

Get enough sleep. Getting enough sleep is crucial for maintaining physical and mental health. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night, and establish a consistent bedtime routine to help you fall asleep more easily.

Exercise regularly. Regular physical activity can help improve your physical health, boost mood, and reduce stress. Try incorporating at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise into your daily routines, such as brisk walking, cycling, or swimming.
