THERE IS A HUGE NEED FOR SELF-IMPROVEMENT EXPERIENCES

For my productivity and self-improvement blog, Deliberate-Diligence.com - Become the Master of your Agenda, I engage a lot with my readers and users in the relevant web communities on Twitter, Tiktok and Reddit.

I realize more and more two things:

  1. There is much more need for life advice than there are consultants and content on the market
  2. The self-improvement questions are repetitive, and there are recurring recommendation patterns (with individual nuances)

The users who want to work on themselves and improve themselves to get the best out of themselves and achieve their goals in life have had 3 ways to get information so far:

  1. Do it and learn your own experiences
  2. Reading books
  3. Personal, individual consulting advice

Point 1 is the most effective way. However, this is where you can make mistakes and take detours that you could have avoided had you been given some advice and experience beforehand.

Books are super accessible, but they have the problem that they are not tailored to your own individual situation.

Personal and individual consulting is something very few can afford.

CHATGPT AND SUBSEQUENT AIS MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR EVERYONE TO RECEIVE INDIVIDUAL ADVICE FOR THE FIRST TIME.

ChatGPT is an AI trained with billions of texts from the Internet. It incorporates the collected experiences of the internet (e.g. Reddit) and can convey them tailored to your individual questions and situation.

The access is (currently) free of charge, but you have to know how to feed the AI with your intent and how to inquire about its knowledge.

This is precisely what this ebook will help you with. I give you an overview of life coaching and self-optimization questions that you can give to the AI to receive individually tailored advice from the AI.

I categorise the AI prompt templates into the following chapters:

Some examples might include practising healthy habits like eating a balanced diet and regular exercise, seeking support from a mental health professional, or finding ways to reduce stress and improve overall well-being.
  5. Finances, Investments and Savings: This includes advice on budgeting, saving, and investing to achieve financial stability and security. Some examples might include creating a budget, setting financial goals, or learning about different investment options.
  6. Mindset: This involves finding meaning and purpose in life and developing core principles to guide your actions and decisions. Some examples might include practising gratitude, setting intentions, or engaging in self-inquiry and self-reflection to understand your values and goals better.
  7. Lifestyle & Leisure: This involves finding ways to enjoy leisure time and make the most of your daily life. Some examples might include hobbies and activities that bring you joy, finding a balance between work and play, or exploring new interests and passions.
